UPDATE 21/02/16: Areas around the Mineshack have been upgraded to a Red Weather Warning - The first red weather warning to be given out. As the storm moves further inland, it will strengthen slightly. The mountains, is where the winds will be at its strongest. Gusts up to 70mph or even more are expected around the Mineshack. Winds of up to 70 mph are expected to batter parts of the island this coming Sunday, as our next named storm, Barney, is coming and should be here by Sunday. Forecasters say that very early morning on Monday, the storm would start to come in from the beach. However, forecasters say that this storm will continue to strengthen slightly during the day. A yellow weather warning was given out to the Beach, Dock, Igloo Village, Snow Forts and the Plaza for Monday. During the night, the storm would reach the mountains and in doing so, would slightly strengthen. The whole of the island is under either a yellow or amber weather warning for severe gales or even storm forced winds, especially for the Mineshack, Iceberg, parts of the forest and the Dojo.
